After bariatric surgery, it’s important to eat healthy and balanced meals. That’s why we share a recipe with you every Friday. Today’s recipe: Broccoli soup finished with ham cubes.
Ingredients:
2 broccoli ‘s, coarsely chopped
2 onions, coarsely chopped
1 clove of garlic, pressed
1 l vegetable bouillon
200 g defatted ham, cubed
bay
thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
pepper & salt
Preparation
Brown the onion and garlic in olive oil. Then add the broccoli and the vegetable bouillon. You may also add bay and thyme. Let the soup simmer for 30 min on a low heat.Remove the thyme and bay leaf from the soup and blend.Place the ham cubes in a plate/bowl and add the soup to it.
