Ingredients:
Half a mango
3 tomatoes
Half red onion
Half lemon
1 handful fresh coriander
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Preparation:
Cut the mango and tomato into cubes.
Chop the red onion and finely chop the coriander.
In a bowl, mix the sliced mango with the tomato, red onion, coriander, juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of garlic powder.
Season the salsa with salt and pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
