Everyone knows them, the traditional quiches. But did you know that you can also make quiche with vegetables other than broccoli? This quiche with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes is irresistible! Make it yourself with our recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200 grams of spinach
- 100 grams of sun-dried tomato
- 4 eggs
- 200 millilitres whole milk
- 100 grams diced ham optional
- 50 grams fresh mozzarella
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a quiche or springform pan with oil.
- Line the baking tin with the pie dough and prick a few holes in the bottom at random with a fork.
- Cook the spinach in a frying pan until it has shrunk.
- Drain the spinach well and divide it, together with the sun-dried tomato, over the bottom of the quiche.
- Beat the eggs and stir in the milk.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour the egg filling into the quiche mould.
- Sprinkle the ham cubes over the quiche and divide the fresh goat’s cheese over the top.
- Bake the quiche in the middle of the oven for 30 – 40 minutes
