This dish has many different names, but we know it mainly as “French toast”. Delicious for breakfast, brunch or lunch and quick to prepare!
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
1 dl milk
8 slices of bread
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a fork
Mix with the milk and sugar.
Roll the slices of bread through the egg mixture and make sure that the moisture is well absorbed.
Place the slices on a plate.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bread slices for approx. 2 min. on each side until they are nicely golden brown.
