Granola that you buy in the shops is not always healthy. They often contain a lot of sugar and calories. If you make your own granola, you can determine the amount of sugar and sweeteners. So make your own easy granola!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons water
160 grams hazelnuts (chopped)
160 grams shaved almonds
80 grams sultanas
240 grams oat flakes
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Dissolve the honey in the water.
Mix it with the nuts, sultanas and oats.
Place everything on a baking tray.
Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
Shake a few times.
