This delicious and refreshing quiche tastes good at any time of the day!
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
3 eggs
200 ml milk
125 ml cream
10 cherry tomatoes
1 ball of mozzarella
1 handful basil (leaves)
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a baking tin.
Pierce the dough with a fork.
Beat the eggs with the milk and cream.
Season with pepper and salt.
Spread the tomatoes over the puff pastry base.
Pour the egg mixture in between and divide the mozzarella over the filling.
Bake the quiche for approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven until the filling has congealed nicely.
Sprinkle with the basil leaves.
