250 grams of minced meat
400 grams diced tomatoes (in a can)
200 grams red beans (canned)
1 tin of corn
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
Pinch of cinnamon
Knife tip of chili powder
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper
Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a large (wok) pan with a little olive oil.
Add the minced meat and fry until loose.
Add the chilli powder, cumin, coriander and cinnamon.
Cut the red pepper into pieces and fry for a few minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and stir well.
Let this mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the beans and corn to the mixture and leave to simmer for a further 10 minutes.
