For these healthy oatmeal pancakes you need only 4 ingredients! So they are not only healthy and delicious, but also quick to prepare.
100 ml milk
75 grams of oatmeal
Place all ingredients in a measuring cup. Using a hand blender, mix everything together well so it becomes a batter. Put a small amount of butter (or other baking solvent) in a pan and let it melt. Then make about 3 thick pancakes in the pan. Let them fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve the oatmeal pancakes with honey, banana or other fruits.
