Winter is coming, so warm lunches are welcome again to warm us up well. And say for yourself, what tastes better than a healthy piece of salmon? Try this recipe and enjoy a culinary delight that is easy to prepare.
300 grams of pasta (your choice)
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
250 grams salmon fillet
900 grams leaf spinach à la crème
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Stir-fry the salmon fillet for 3 minutes over a medium heat.
Break into pieces with a spatula.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Heat the spinach in a saucepan for approx. 3 minutes.
Spoon the spinach through the spaghetti.
Divide over deep plates.
Divide the salmon over it.
Finish off with grated light cheese if desired.
