Everyone knows them and has eaten them at some point, chicken tenders! What if you combine chicken tenders with parmesan cheese? Then you get these delicious parmesan crusted chicken tenders.
10 to 12 pieces of chicken breast
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs/chapelure
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Place the yogurt in a small bowl and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pinch of pepper and olive oil.
Add the chicken pieces and stir them around in the yogurt to lightly coat.
Mix the cheese and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
Lightly place each chicken breast in the crumb mixture to coat one side.
Place the chicken tenders crumb side up on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8 – 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
