Today we serve a deliciously refreshing pasta with tuna and green pesto! Perfect to cool down in these hot days.
125 grams of pasta
1 tin of tuna
250 grams cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
Handful of rocket salad
3 tablespoons green pesto
A few basil leaves
Cook the pasta. Drain and rinse it.
Boil the eggs too, for about 8 minutes.
Cut the onion into thin rings.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Put the pasta in a bowl and spoon in the pesto and the tuna.
Add the tomatoes, rocket salad, onion and a few basil leaves.
Mix everything together well.
Serve the pasta with wedges of egg.
